Dec. 3rd, 2007 11:36 pmMade this. Doubled the recipe and split it among three 8" loaf pans.
They smell incredible. Very boozy :). Now wrapped in cheesecloth, sprinkled with Remy Martin cognac (hey it's the only brandy I have in the house!), sealed in Ziplock bags. I *know* my dad and mom will love it. I think I'll like it, because there's nothing in there I *don't* like, and, hey, booze!
Edit: I thought about using Grand Marnier instead of the Remy Martin, but the Grand Marnier is more expensive. But I might use it next week when I feed the fruitcakes :).
