Dinner tonight

Today's Planet Organics box contained Trumpet Royale mushrooms, so I sliced them up and combined them with some sliced button mushrooms and sauteed them in butter and olive oil, added some garlic and dry Marsala wine, salt and pepper. They were perfect with the grilled filet steaks done on the gas grill.
Sides included fresh asparagus tossed in olive oil and balsamic vinegar, sprinkled with some kosher salt and freshly ground pepper and roasted in a 450F oven for 7 minutes or so. And a salad composed of mesclun mix, Roma tomatoes, avocado, English cucumber, toasted slivered almonds, dried cranberries, crumbled Feta, bacon bits, and Greek dressing with a few seasoned croutons.
